Sign up anytime before the 20th of the month and your first print ships the following month on the 1st. Sign up after the 20th? No worries, you’ll get your first print the following month.
FAQs:
When will I get my print? Prints are mailed out on the 1st of every month. Depending on where you are, mailing time takes about 1-2 weeks US, 2-6 weeks internationally.
How can I change my address or cancel/pause my membership? You can change address, payment, pause or cancel anytime on your login page.
What happens if I don't receive my print? If your print hasn't arrived in 4 weeks US (6 weeks International) First please double check that your shipping address is set correctly and then email me chlodawnart@gmail.com and I can either refund you or send out a replacement.
